At Gea bakery we believe that the answer to healthy nutrition comes from earth,

hence its corporate name that derives from the ancient Greek word gea meaning earth (see geography, geology, geometry etc.). According to Greek mythology the two original gods were Uranus (Sky) and Gea (Earth). Mother Earth anticipates for nutrition that adapts to all of our needs. She cares about all humans and can provide healthy solutions for gluten intolerant people. In fact she can offer healthy food for all.

Gea Bakery selects natural ingredients and uses recipes deriving from Mediterranean diet, a healthy approach to nutrition. Animal fats are avoided. Finest Ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil, lentils flour, potato flour, flower of salt, anise, rosemary and others constitute a delicious and healthy offering.

Our products are all made of pure natural ingredients that mother earth offers us generously. We believe that pure natural ingredients combined in the right recipes are ideal to offer us tasteful healthy gluten free nutrition with no need of chemistry.

Gea bakery products are free from preservatives and additives; they are 100% natural and therefore may stay in open for a few days once their packaging is open without losing their nice texture and taste.
