Delivery information

a. Geography

We deliver in 22 European countries:

Orders from outside the above countries may be possible by special arrangement, so please email if you would like to know if we can deliver to your region or country.

Orders carry a shipping charge according to the value and weight of the goods.

*Heavy orders 30kg and over incur a surcharge of 1.00€ (per kg)

b. Free Delivery

Free delivery applies for orders 75€ and over. 

c. Delivery Limitations

When your order will be dispatched, you will get a notification from us mentioning the tracking No. so that you may track your parcel.

It will take 3-5 days from the day of dispatch for the parcel to reach you. 

We use top class carrier to deliver our orders for high reliability. However Gea Bakery SMPC shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. The Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty we will gladly replace the goods but we won't be able to cover for any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods. Please let us know of any problem, as soon as you become concerned and within 24 hours of delivery for damage or faulty goods.
